Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” Features Music By Rachael Sage In Season 4 Premiere

Award-winning songwriter and former professional ballet dancer lands prime music placement, reinforcing growing connection to dance competition community

New York, NY: Music by singer-songwriter and former ballet dancer Rachael Sage has been featured in Lifetime Network’s popular reality show “Dance Moms”, in the season premiere on January 1st, New Years Day, and will also be featured later in the season. “Dance Moms” stars Maddie Ziegler and Chloe Lukasiak perform routines to two different songs from Rachael’s milestone 10th album “Haunted By You” including a solo to the song “Birthday” by Maddie in episode 1 and a duet to the song “Confession” in episode 8. The new season of “Dance Moms” premiered on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at 9pm PT/ET, with new episodes airing on Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT.

Rachael Sage returns to the renowned Café Carlyle – known for featuring top musical talents such as Woody Allen, Cyndi Lauper and Judy Collins – on Thursday, November 21st to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of her album “Public Record”. Her most popular album to date, “Public Record” contains many fan-favorites by the New York based singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, who co-produced the album in 2003 with Grammy® Winner Andy Zulla (Rod Stewart, Kelly Clarkson).

Rachael Sage & MPress Records at NERFA (Northeast Regional Folk Alliance) 2013

From Nov. 7–10, Rachael will be attending and showcasing at NERFA, at the Hudson Valley Resort in Kerhonkson, NY. She'll be playing as a duo with violinist Kelly Halloran, and performing several showcases throughout the weekend.

On Saturday, Nov. 9 from 12:15-1:45 pm, Rachael will also be speaking on a NERFA panel entitled "Licensing and Publishing", exploring such topics as performing rights organizations (PRO's), self-publishing, and licensing for film/television.

New Arrivals Vol 5: Artists For Hurricane Sandy Relief To Benefit Three NYC-Area Charities Set For Early Digital Release On October 29th.

New York, NY – MPress Records announces the final line-up of the 5th installment in its charity compilation series, New Arrivals Vol. 5: Artists For Hurricane Sandy Relief (Due out Oct. 29th digitally, and January 14th physically).
