Melissa Ferrick Joins Forces With Wizeo For Pop-Up Concert To Benefit Oxfam America On June 2

Singer-songwriter participates in the worldwide launch of the charity-focused crowdfunding platform during her summer tour schedule

Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music, Melissa Ferrick will be performing a live pop-up concert on Monday, June 2 at 7:00 PM EST via Wizeo’s crowdfunding platform. Wizeo offers an interactive, live-streaming experience, geared toward changing the way people raise money and awareness for worthy causes. Melissa’s pay-what-you-want concert will benefit Oxfam America, and will feature a Q&A component that promises to create a unique, one-on-one event fans can watch from the comfort of their own homes.

Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” Features A Record Seven
Songs By Rachael Sage In Season 4

New York, NY - Award-winning singer-songwriter and former School Of American Ballet dancer Rachael Sage has a record seven songs featured in season 4 of Lifetime TV's #1 unscripted program "Dance Moms", airing now on Tuesdays at 9pm ET/PT. Sage's song "Birthday" from her critically acclaimed 10th album Haunted By You appeared in the season premiere on Jan 1st and propelled the song into the Top 50 of the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Songs Chart. Six additional placements followed including five more songs from that record, as well as a "Down My Spine" from 1998's Smashing the Serene. Then on March 25th "Frost" from 2003's Public Record aired to 1.98 million viewers, in episode 13 that re-airs April 1st at 8pm ET/PT.

Rachael Sage Rolling Out New Single & EP With Premiere on American Songwriter

Newly Confirmed Tour and Festival Dates for the Spring Including SXSW

American Songwriter has premiered Rachael Sage's brand-new single, the title track from her forthcoming EP "New Destination". The track drew inspiration from Carole King’s Broadway musical “Beautiful.” After Sage left the show with an “I Feel The Earth Move” feeling, she was determined to write an upbeat groove-tune on the piano with a classic, pop hook. It was recorded with producer Barb Morrison (Deborah Harry, Rufus Wainwright). The song features Rachael on keys and vocals, as well as cellist Ward Williams (Sara Bareilles), drummer Andy Mac, and Barb Morrison on guitar and bass.

Seth Glier's Grammy® Nominated Album Featured On Lifetime TV's 'Dance Moms'

Seth Glier's Music Featured In Dance Moms

New York, NY – The title track from Seth Glier's Grammy® nominated album "The Next Right Thing", was featured in Lifetime TV's show "Dance Moms", in the first place winning group dance performance. In just over 24 hours of the show's airing on Jan. 28, 2014, Glier's song has shot up the iTunes Singer Songwriter Top 200 Chart to #29. In addition to "The Next Right Thing" airing in this week's segment of Dance Moms (episode 5), the Abby Lee Dance Company also performed and won to Glier's song "Stars & Glitter", from his latest album "Things I Should Let You Know" at the Masters of Dance Arts Competition.
