Seth Glier Raises Over $7500 For Autism Speaks!
In Januray, when Seth set out on his "Things I Should Let You Know" CD Release Tour he aimed to raise awareness and funds for Autism Speaks, an organization close to his heart. Throughout the 3-months leading up to Autism Awareness Month (April), Seth has been spreading the word about this non-profit and how they help families like his and many others.
Seth says “my older brother, Jamie is autistic, so I have been exposed to autism and its effects on a family my whole life. I want this tour to help spread awareness about autism, to raise the funds that help organizations like Autism Speaks, to make life an easier place for those living with autism, and above all to celebrate and promote inclusion and equality for autistic individuals and their families.”
We are proud to share that Seth and his fans have helped to raise over $7500 for Autism Speaks. The elbow grease that he put in to set up text to donate numbers that are compatible with all of the major cell phone service providers, has enabled the organization to continue to raise funds by sharing those text codes with other spokespersons and using it during all their outreach for National Autism Awareness Day.
